Latest Travel Advice
In January, the UK Government closed all remaining travel corridors, meaning that anyone travelling back to the UK will need to have taken a negative COVID test to show they don’t have the virus, and also will need to self isolate for 10 days.
The latest travel advice is at: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/gibraltar
Right now, people are only allowed to travel to Gibraltar if they are a citizen of Gibraltar, or for a valid work reason (with proof). You will need to have completed a negative COVID test up to 72hrs before arrival in Gib, and also a test will need to be taken when flying out from Gib. (There is a testing station at the airport with results ready in an hour). All tests taken for private travel purposes need to be paid for.
We hope for better news soon and that restrictions are lifted so we can welcome you all back to Gibraltar safely, hopefully when the vaccine has been rolled out to everyone!
